Salary: €2600 - €2900 plus monthly bonus (€200 - €400 per month)

We are recruiting a Hospitality Manager for a premium fitness club in The Netherlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, forward-thinking fitness operator that is passionate about providing exceptional service and a world-class fitness experience.

The Role

As Hospitality Manager, you will be the face of the club – leading your Host team to deliver outstanding service and ensuring every member and guest feels welcome. You’ll work closely with the Club Manager, supporting on all aspects of day-to-day operations, from sales and service standards to team coaching and club presentation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching, and inspiring the Host team to deliver excellent hospitality.
• Greeting members and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Driving customer satisfaction and resolving member queries quickly and effectively.
• Supporting the Club Manager with daily operations including sales, service, and staff management.
• Ensuring the club environment is clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Creating a positive, community-driven atmosphere within the club.
• Handling administrative duties and contributing to overall operational success.

• Is eligible to work in The Netherlands (work and residence permit required).
