About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join our Regulatory Compliance team and help support regulatory compliance and due diligence activities across Light & Wonder and its subsidiaries.

This role would suit someone with experience in compliance, legal support, regulatory affairs, due diligence, or the gaming industry who is looking to further develop their skills in a collaborative, regulated environment.

In this role, you will support due diligence processes, maintain compliance records, liaise with customers where required, and assist with regulatory reporting and submissions.

You will work closely with the Regulatory Compliance team and stakeholders across the business, gaining exposure to a range of compliance matters while supporting accurate, well-documented processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support due diligence reviews, including document collection, information checks, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate due diligence records, trackers, registers, and document repositories.
• Prepare clear summaries and updates on due diligence matters for internal review.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain information and keep due diligence actions on track.
• Liaise with regulators and customers where required.
• Assist with compliance procedures, templates, and guidance materials relating to due diligence.
• Provide wider compliance administration and project support as required.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience

• Experience in compliance, legal support, regulatory affairs, risk, audit, licensing, due diligence, or a similar office-based role.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with documents, records, and information.
• Good communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Able to follow procedures, use good judgement, and work collaboratively with colleagues across the business.
• Experience in regulatory compliance within the gaming industry, licensing, AML, or KYC would be advantageous.
