- Administrative Excellence: Maintain organized project documentation, including permits, drawings, and change orders. Prepare meeting agendas, record detailed minutes, and track action items to ensure timely follow-up. Storage and archive project documents as per compliance requirements.
- Vendor Liaison: Act as a point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers regarding administrative requirements, onboarding documentation, and insurance compliance.
- Reporting Support: Consolidate data from various stakeholders to help draft clear and concise project status reports for leadership.
- Site Support: Assist with on-site logistics as needed, ensuring that the project team has the necessary resources and documentation to maintain a culture of safety and quality.
- Document Control: Manage the filing and distribution of technical specifications and submittals, ensuring all team members are working from the most current versions.
