What You Will Do

Working as part of a collaborative production team, you will ensure components are assembled accurately, safely and efficiently in line with production schedules. Based on-site, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while helping maintain the highest standards of quality, safety and operational excellence.

How You Will Do It

• Assemble components and products in accordance with production plans, quality standards and work instructions.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily production targets and customer delivery requirements.
• Carry out tasks safely and comply with all Environmental, Health & Safety policies, procedures and site rules.
• Apply training effectively and contribute to a strong safety culture by identifying and reporting hazards, risks and unsafe practices.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and housekeeping within the production area.
• Support continuous improvement activities to enhance product quality, efficiency and performance.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth production operations.
• Follow established processes and procedures to achieve operational and customer satisfaction goals.
