Influencer & Social Commerce Manager

Find the right creators, build partnerships that convert, and turn social buzz into measurable e-commerce sales.

We’re looking for a hands-on Influencer & Social Commerce Manager to grow our consumer products through creators, affiliates, and social channels. You’ll manage everything from influencer outreach and content coordination to campaign tracking and sales performance across TikTok, Amazon, Meta, and DTC.

Location: Philippines - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and manage influencers, creators, and affiliates.
• Build and scale creator campaigns across TikTok, Amazon, Meta, and DTC channels.
• Manage Amazon affiliate and creator partnerships through Levanta.
• Coordinate product seeding, creator outreach, briefs, content, and campaign timelines.
• Build relationships with creators who align with our products and target customers.
• Negotiate partnerships, commissions, deliverables, and usage rights.
• Support TikTok Shop and social commerce initiatives.
• Repurpose strong creator content across social, DTC, and paid advertising.
• Track clicks, conversions, sales, ROAS, affiliate revenue, and creator performance.
• Identify winning creators and content—and scale what works.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

• Hands-on influencer, creator, affiliate, or social commerce experience.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and creator-led e-commerce.
• Experience with Amazon influencers or affiliate marketing.
• Familiarity with Levanta is a strong plus.
• Understanding of Meta, DTC, and social commerce strategies.
• Confident managing creator outreach and ongoing relationships.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and project-management skills.
• Comfortable analyzing creator performance and e-commerce metrics.
• Experience with consumer products and product seeding is a plus.
