Job Description
- Ensure project delivery, quality of work and technical review;
- Attend design meetings, site meetings and all other project related meetings;
- Build and develop a solid and successful group of professionals;
- Manage internal costs and budgets;
- Responsible for business tendering and commercial negotiations;
- Liaise with Client team in relation to project progress, decisions and changes;
- Actively address issues as raised by the clients; and
- Seek for business opportunities and risk reduction proactively
- Maintain a high-level networking activity with private, private and institutional stakeholders
- Seek for business opportunities and risk reduction proactively and maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
- Ensure that that Sustainability, Environment and Quality are the responsibility of all employees
- Demonstrate effective innovation leadership at all times to enhance the organisation’s commitment to sustainable performance
- Lead the way on people management to drive a motivated disciplined and productive workforce. This includes effective staff leadership, performance management by setting objectives and driving appraisals and communication
- Drive strategies for recruitment and retention of key personnel to foster an environment that enables the company to attract and retain a high performing talented workforce
