Your Role in Our Mission
Prosper is seeking a Direct Marketing Manager to lead creative strategy, campaign testing, and full end-to-end production execution for our Credit Card direct mail portfolio. Reporting directly to the Director of Direct Mail Strategy & Analytics, you will take direct ownership of our Credit Card direct response engine, working alongside our Senior Manager to manage our growing direct mail footprint and scale nationwide promotions for our flagship Credit Card Products.

- Full-Lifecycle Production Execution: Manage end-to-end print and mail production, overseeing lettershop execution, data file transfers, variable data printing (VDP), postage optimization, and deployment schedules across all Credit Card streams.
- Vendor & Agency Management: Serve as the primary operational link with external creative agencies, print vendors, and lettershops to ensure campaign deliverables are produced efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time.
- Quality Assurance & Proofing: Establish rigorous proofing, sampling, and audit controls across complex variable data streams to guarantee 100% execution accuracy.
- Regulatory Compliance & FCRA Governance: Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to ensure all pre-screen disclosures, credit terms, and FCRA requirements are flawlessly maintained across every printed variant.
- Performance Analysis: Partner with Analytics to track key performance metrics and leverage campaign results to inform future creative and production decisions.
