PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor provider performance and cost indicators, and support initiatives to improve network affordability and operational outcomes.
- Perform analytical assessments to support provider performance monitoring, cost analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
- Manage the assessment, onboarding, empanelment, and compliance requirements of healthcare providers to support network expansion and governance
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare providers to support operational excellence, service quality, and strategic collaboration.
- Drive provider engagement, marketing collaborations, and customer steerage initiatives to enhance provider visibility and customer access.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates to support decision-making and track the progress of key initiatives.
- Responsible in addressing service gaps, managing complaints, and driving continuous process improvements in line with our service standards and company policies.
- Continuously attend / involved with training for personal and career development.
- Undertake projects / other work and duties allocated by management as and when required.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
a. Qualifications
- Degree in Science, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline.
b. Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in insurance, healthcare, provider management, and analytics is preferred.
c. Knowledge
- Possess knowledge of life insurance and/or healthcare.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Innovative and creative mindset.
- Self-assured, results-oriented, independent, and able to communicate confidently.
- Willing to travel.
