Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller / Project Coordinator to support our Marine Division in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation, coordinating project-related activities, maintaining records, and supporting project teams to ensure efficient execution of marine construction and maintenance projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, control, and maintain all project documents, drawings, correspondence, and records.
- Ensure proper filing, tracking, distribution, and archiving of project documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain document control registers and monitor document revisions and approvals.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding project documentation and administrative matters.
- Prepare and submit project reports, meeting minutes, progress updates, and presentations as required.
- Track project deliverables, action items, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Support project mobilization and resource coordination activities.
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial submissions, permits, and project correspondence.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain project databases and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow up on action items.
- Assist the Marine Project Team in day-to-day project administration and coordination activities.
