- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the Precisely/Evolve platform, supporting onboarding, training, and troubleshooting for business and IT users.
- Apply master data management principles across customer, vendor, and product domains to define what “good data” looks like — including data standards, field-level rules, hierarchy structures, and source-of-truth logic.

- Collaborate with IT on integration design to ensure Precisely/Evolve outputs flow correctly into connected systems including SAP.
What they are looking for
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Precisely (formerly Syncsort/Trillium) or Evolve, including workflow configuration, data quality rule development, and platform administration — required.
- Demonstrated MDM domain knowledge across one or more of the following: customer master, vendor master, product/material master — required. Breadth across all three is a strong plus.
- Ability to design matching, survivorship, and enrichment logic from first principles — not just execute pre-built configurations — required.
- Experience with SAP master data management (Material Master, Customer Master, and/or Vendor Master) strongly preferred; dual Precisely/Evolve + SAP experience is a significant differentiator.

Position Summary:The Precisely/Evolve MDM Analyst will serve as e.l.f. Beauty’s primary technical owner of the Precisely/Evolve platform, driving data quality, enrichment, and master data management across customer, vendor, and product domains. This is a platform-forward role for someone who is hands-on with Precisely/Evolve workflows and brings the analytical mindset to continuously improve data health at scale. Experience with SAP master data is strongly encouraged — the two platforms are closely linked in our environment — and candidates who bring dual platform fluency will have a meaningful advantage. The ideal hire is proactive, technically sharp, and eager to build and improve, not just maintain.
