- Review construction work for quality and completeness, ensuring installations meet technical, contractual, and acceptance requirements.
- Support site readiness activities, including site surveys, construction planning, and pre-installation coordination.
- Document construction progress, issues, and resolutions through daily reports, field logs, and status updates.
- Support installation testing, commissioning, and system acceptance activities, resolving construction-related discrepancies as required.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and technical installation documentation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across field teams, engineers, and customer stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively to FAA sites nationwide.
- US Citizenship to successfully complete a government investigation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting FAA programs, air traffic management systems, or federal infrastructure modernization efforts.
