Job Description

Tele-Marketing Executive duties will include :

1. Make telephone calls to new prospects & inform them about the full range of services offered by Whimsical Events.
2. Generating leads in the sector of Exhibitions & Events, targeting high potential clients (Domestic as well as International)
3. Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer
4. Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals
5. Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
6. Schedule appointments & fix meetings for sales staff to meet prospective customer.
7. Taking client briefs and communicating them clearly to the team
8. Ask questions to understand customer requirements in detail.

Qualifications

Graduation is must with good communication skills.

Additional Information

• Minimum 1 year of experience into sales/ Tele marketing
• Telephone Etiquette is must.
• Must have good computer skills (Excel, Word, Mails)
