• Input data from various sources including paper documents, electronic files, and verbal instructions.
• Verify accuracy of data before and after entry to minimize errors.
• Review and correct data inconsistencies or discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth data flow and timely updates.
• Generate reports and summaries as needed to support operational needs.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or typing roles, preferably in a software or technology environment.
