Job Description

The Print Quality Associate is responsible for resolving post-print customer concerns, processing replacement orders, and investigating issues to identify root causes. This role ensures products meet quality standards and helps deliver excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate directly with customers via email to help resolve post-print issues and handle replacement orders for customers who have encountered issues with their original orders.
  • Investigate and document the root causes of these replacement orders thoroughly and troubleshoot technical, design, and print errors.
  • Improve the overall customer experience for customers who have received less-than-perfect products.

Qualifications

  • Must have excellent written communication and reading comprehension skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Must have basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
