Dedicated Regional Truck Driver – Class A
Full-Time | Home Weekly | Dedicated Account
We are hiring experienced Class A drivers for a dedicated regional operation based in the Pacific Northwest. This position combines consistent driving with hands-on deliveries and offers weekly home time on an established regional network.
Drivers typically complete 2–4 loads per week with approximately 3–4 stops per load.
Pay
This position is paid hourly based on experience:
- 0–48 months experience: $29.00–$30.50 per hour
- 49–200 months experience: $31.00 per hour
- Safe and on-time incentive opportunities available
- Average weekly earnings: approximately $1,989
- Top weekly earnings: approximately $2,548
Average annualized earnings are approximately $103,475, with top annualized earnings around $132,497.
Actual earnings vary based on hours worked, experience, routes, freight volume, schedule, and applicable incentive compensation.
What the Route Looks Like
This dedicated account operates throughout:
Washington | Oregon | Idaho | Montana | Utah | Northern California
Drivers haul dry van freight and make multi-stop deliveries throughout the regional operating area.
Expect approximately:
- 2–4 loads per week
- 3–4 stops per load
- Weekly 34-hour reset
- Both daytime and nighttime routes
- Consistent dedicated freight
This Is a Hands-On Position
Drivers are responsible for unloading trailers using rollers at delivery locations.
This position is best suited for drivers who are comfortable with physical work and prefer an active delivery account rather than a no-touch driving position.
Home Time & Schedule
Drivers return home weekly for a 34-hour reset.
Days off vary based on freight demand. During higher-volume periods, including the holiday season, home time may be more limited. During lower-volume periods, additional time off may be available.
Both day and night shifts are part of this operation.
Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
- Meet applicable DOT and company qualification requirements
- Able to safely perform required unloading duties
- Able to work the required day or night schedule
- Safe and authorized parking for the truck when required
