We are seeking an experienced- Client Service Representative and Financial Coordinator to join our hospital.

Why We Need You The CSR / Financial Coordinator sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. The Financial Coordinator is the connection between hospital operations and client communication and is responsible for:
- Direct communication with doctors regarding treatment plans, creating
estimates, providing daily financial updates and presenting these plans to clients.
- Daily calls to clients regarding hospitalized pets, financial updates.
- Creating estimates for surgeries and treatments directed by doctors.
- Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
- Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.
- Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and doctor recommendations.
- Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
Must have open/flexible availability and be highly professional. No drama workplace.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Compassion for pets and people—as well as awareness and understanding of others’ reactions
- The ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and be exposed to hazards associated with pets such as allergies, contagious diseases, noises, odors, bites, scratches, and animal waste
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 2 years’ experience customer service and cash handling experience
- Full-time with flexible availability
- Able to multi-tasking in a busy environment
- Able to provide excellent client service
- Passionate about patient care
- Team oriented
*Appointment management: obtain histories, medical record keeping, invoice and patient discharge, prepare and dispense prescriptions, and educate clients COMPENSATION: $20 - $24/hr BENEFITS: We offer competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including, medical/dental/vision and paid vacation (for F/T employees only), 401(k), CE allowance, partner discounts, uniforms, generous personal pet care discounts and much much more!
