De formation commerciale, vous possédez une expérience confirmée en relation clients au téléphone et/ou sur un poste équivalent en Télévente.

Vous avez pu mettre à profit vos compétences dans un environnement très orienté client nécessitant de la coordination transverse avec différents services.

Compétences Requises :

• Excellente communication orale et écrite (indispensable pour la relation client et la rédaction des AO)
• Maîtrise des techniques de vente par téléphone (appels sortants, qualification, closing)
• Expérience dans la gestion, le montage et la réponse aux appels d'offres
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques et appétence pour les CRM (la connaissance de Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics CRM Sales / Quote et de l'outil d'appels Five9 est un fort atout)
• Savoir recueillir, structurer et traiter des données avec méthode (bibliothèque de données)
• Compréhension des enjeux transverses (crédit client, conformité légale, qualité)

• Forte capacité d'adaptabilité
• Autonome et capacité de coordonner des projets avec de multiples interlocuteurs
• Capacité d’organisation et de gestion des priorités (gestion du temps 50% commerce / 50% AO)
• Culture du résultat (pilotage par les KPIs : CA, taux de transformation, volume d'appels)
