- Appear in California state courts throughout the litigation process
- Build trusted relationships with sophisticated commercial real estate clients
- Collaborate directly with firm leadership on legal strategy and complex matters
Must-Haves as the Associate Attorney:

- Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a close-knit team
- Outstanding communication and client relationship skills
Nice-to-Haves as the Associate Attorney:
- Experience representing shopping center owners, developers, REITs, or commercial property management companies
- Strong transactional commercial real estate background
- Experience with mediation and alternative dispute resolution
- Existing relationships within the Southern California commercial real estate community
This Role Offers:
- Base salary of $200,000-$240,000
- Performance-based annual bonus with flexibility for exceptional candidates
- Fully remote work for candidates located in Southern California
- Opportunity to work with nationally recognized commercial landlords and developers
- High-level litigation and transactional work without Big Law bureaucracy
- Direct access to firm leadership and meaningful client interaction
- Collaborative boutique environment where experience and judgment are valued
- Long-term opportunity to become an integral part of a highly respected niche practice
