Security Officer

Securitas Security Services is seeking professional and dependable Security Officers to support a premier corporate environment in Westborough, MA This is an opportunity to join a professional security team focused on delivering a safe, secure, and welcoming experience for employees, visitors, and clients.

In this role, you’ll serve as a visible security presence while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Site Location: Westborough, MA

Pay: $22.40 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and visible security presence throughout the property
• Monitor building access and ensure only authorized individuals enter secured areas
• Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols
• Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and other security technology
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns
• Assist employees, visitors, and vendors with questions and access needs
• Enforce site-specific security policies, procedures, and access protocols
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports
• Identify and report safety hazards, suspicious activity, and maintenance concerns
• Support emergency response and evacuation procedures as needed
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach at all times

Qualifications

• Previous security, military, law enforcement, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete written reports
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
