We are looking for a Part Time Retail Security Guard in Timmins!

Position Highlights:

• Guaranteed part-time hours
• Flexible schedule within retail store operating hours
• Availability required: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday

Pay Rate: $24.75/hour

We are currently hiring for the following schedule (18.75 Hours Per week):

• Saturdays 10:00AM - 9:15 PM
• Sundays 11:00AM - 6:15 PM
• Please note: shift times are subject to change based on operational needs.

Responsibilities for a Retail Security Guard in Timmins

• Act as a visual deterrence to theft and antisocial behaviour
• Ensure safety of staff and customers
• Identification of shoplifters and those violating rules and laws
• Coordinate response to incidents including medical emergencies
• Composition of detailed incident reports in English

Qualifications for this position in Timmins:

• A valid security guard license and first aid certificate
• Available to work flexible hours
• A valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
• Available between 9:00AM to 10:00PM Saturdays and Sundays
• Have a clear criminal background
• Be eligible to work in Canada
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Previous certification in NVCI or Verbal Intervention an asset
• Be physically able to take and pass a Use of Force class
