Position Specific Description

Position makes decisions and recommendations having significant impact on the indicators of the company. The position will have to communicate critical and controversial issues with high level management of the company. Role will be responsible for one or more programs of critical importance to overall company objectives.

Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI) -Weekly indicator reviews -Run the Business Dashboards -Fleet Performance/Health Indicators -Develop analytical models to improve reliability

Budget Development -Validate asset plan -Asset Management Reports, Outage Schedules

Initiatives/Leadership -Tactical Teams, Collaboration Teams -Equipment Lifecycle Management -Manage Fleet reliability models

Process Management -Champion Asset Management Process -Process Health for Fleet

Leadership skills, ability to interact with various levels throughout the organization, from craft personnel to the VP level. Leverage resources both inside and outside the company to achieve desired business results. Able to interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate assignments, and act as technical liaison to individuals and groups within and outside the company with the responsibility to act independently regarding technical matters.

Work Schedule: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm M-F. Occasional night and or weekend work as well as call-out for emergencies is sometimes required.
