About the role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Apprentice to join our People team for a structured 12-month apprenticeship. This full-time apprenticeship is designed for someone who wants to build a strong foundation for a career in recruitment.
Apprentices will work on real hiring initiatives that directly contribute to building high-performing teams, supported by mentorship, practical training, and structured learning throughout the programme. They will work alongside experienced Talent Acquisition professionals while developing practical knowledge of sourcing, candidate engagement, recruitment operations, interview coordination, applicant tracking systems, and data-driven hiring practices.

Requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior internship experience in recruitment, human resources, talent acquisition, or a related field is preferred
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or applicant tracking systems
- Experience working with Google Sheets/Excel and recruitment data
- Exposure to sourcing, candidate screening, or interview coordination
- Interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve recruitment processes
