Special Processes Coordinator

General Description

Work Location: Kozzika - Cairo Ensure that special processes applicable to railway rolling stock and its components are defined, validated, controlled and executed in accordance with regulatory, contractual and management system requirements, ensuring product conformity.

Job Description

• Define, implement and maintain special processes in accordance with applicable regulations (ISO 9001, EN 15085, ISO 3834, AWS, etc.).
• To ensure the qualification and approval of:
• Processes for welding, painting, adhesive, ...
• Measuring equipment.
• Personnel involved (in special processes).
• Develop and maintain quality control plans.
• Coordinate internal and external audits of special processes.
• Provide technical support to production, engineering and quality.
• Participate in new developments, industrialization and process changes.
• Control and monitoring of subcontractors of special processes.

Qualifications and Technical experience

• Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Materials) or equivalent technical training.
• Certification as:
• - IWE / IWT / IWS (highly valued) or Welding Coordinator according to ISO 14731
• EWF
• FROSIO/NACE
• Applicable railway and quality regulations.
• Industrial manufacturing processes (welding, painting, bonding, etc.).

Skills

• Technical rigor and quality orientation.
• Analytical capacity and technical criteria.
• Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.
• Management of technical standards (EN, ISO, AWS, ...).

Experience

Minimum 3 years in a similar position (welding coordination, quality manager, ...).
