## Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead the modernization of legacy applications into scalable, cloud-native, microservices-based platforms. Define and drive the technical roadmap, architecture, execution plan, and delivery milestones. Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams. Establish strong engineering practices across architecture, quality, reliability, security, and operational excellence. Partner with Product, Architecture, Platform, and cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliver business outcomes. Drive predictable execution across complex, multi-team initiatives. Improve engineering velocity while maintaining high standards for quality and customer impact.

Qualifications Proven engineering leadership experience managing and growing teams in a complex product environment. Strong background in cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, microservices, and application modernization. Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale technical transformation initiatives from strategy through execution. Experience building reliable, scalable, and secure enterprise-grade platforms. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.

Basic Requirements

• Proven engineering leadership experience managing and growing teams in a complex product environment.
• With strong Java, microservices, spring boot experience
• Strong background in cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, microservices, and application modernization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale technical transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Experience building reliable, scalable, and secure enterprise-grade platforms.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.

The role will lead application modernization initiatives, including the transformation of legacy applications into cloud-native, microservices-based architectures. The individual will be responsible for defining and executing the technical roadmap, driving delivery of key microservices products, and building high-performing engineering teams with Leadership, Microservices architecture, Java expertise.
