Job Description

Title: Ariba Support Executive Location: Las Vegas, NV Duration: 3-6 Months

Core Responsibilites:

• Triage Support Requests
• Serve as primary point of contact for issue resolution
• Investigate all reported issues
• Resolve Tier 1 issues
• Esclate Tier 2 issues
• Create standard responses to common requests

Desired:

• Ariba, SAP, Oracle experience

Qualifications

Mandatory:

Customer Service Experience Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Technology background
