🔧 Position Details

Role: Landscape Laborer

Pay Rate

• $18–$22 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

• Approximately 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Overtime available based on operational needs
• Hours are tracked through a workforce timekeeping application

✈️ Housing & Relocation Support

• Housing coordination available
• Temporary hotel accommodation may be arranged if permanent housing is not immediately available
• Housing is expected to be located close to the work area whenever possible

📋 Job Responsibilities

• Perform professional landscaping and grounds-maintenance duties
• Travel between multiple job sites during the workday
• Assist with landscape installation and maintenance projects
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely
• Drive work vehicles and trailers when assigned
• Perform outdoor physical labor in varying weather conditions
• Support winter operations, including snow removal and shoveling
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow supervisor instructions and established workplace-safety procedures

📋 Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional landscaping experience required
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Experience driving a truck with a trailer required
• Ability to travel between approximately 5–10 job sites per day
• Spanish-English bilingual ability preferred
• Approximately 60% English proficiency preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a crew
• Standard background check required
