Employer description
Company Description
Want to build Partner Marketing rather than simply manage an existing program? At TOPdesk, you’ll build our global partner marketing program from the ground up and turn partner relationships into measurable growth channels.
Our channel partner program is still young, giving you the opportunity to shape the strategy, processes and co-marketing programs from the start. You’ll work closely with Partnerships, Field Marketing, Demand Generation and Sales.
Job Description
What you’ll do
- Develop our global partner marketing strategy and build scalable structures, playbooks and co-marketing programs
- Plan and execute campaigns, webinars, events and content together with our partners
- Own the global partner marketing calendar and create toolkits that enable partners to run programs independently
- Manage partner relationships from a marketing perspective – from onboarding through ongoing activation
- Work with Field Marketing and Demand Generation to align partner programs with regional needs and pipeline goals
- Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, KPIs and reporting, and optimise programs based on performance and ROI
- Partner with Rev Ops to ensure clean partner attribution in Salesforce and share relevant insights with Marketing, Partnerships and Sales
