Lease Operators for Production

Job Title: Production Lease Operator Location: Bakken Region Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview: We are seeking experienced Production Lease Operators to oversee multiple wells on a daily route. The role involves record-keeping, reporting, and troubleshooting equipment issues. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled operator to join a dynamic team in the Bakken region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain production across multiple wells daily.
• Accurately document and report well activities and performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed in daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Production Lease Operator.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Must possess the following safety certifications:
• Safeland PEC
• Basin 1
• First Aid
• H2S Clear

Compensation:

• Pay is competitive and based on experience.
