Ready to take your career global?
Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Value Engineering Manager to join our ever evolving Enterprise Product Commercialisation team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you’ll own
As a Value Engineering Manager, you will sit at the forefront of Global Payment's product-led growth strategy, turning data into commercial outcomes. You will help shape how Global Payments identifies growth opportunities, quantifies value for customers, and enables sales teams to win more business.
Working across Product, Sales, Strategy and Analytics, you will develop data-driven insights that uncover revenue opportunities, build compelling customer value cases, and influence go-to-market strategies globally. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys combining analytical rigour with commercial problem solving to drive measurable growth.
Drive data-led Go-To-Market Approach
- Develop data-backed recommendations to support Global Payment's global product go-to-market strategy and commercial priorities.
- Identify growth opportunities across Global Payment's customer base using advanced analytics, segmentation techniques and behavioural insights.
- Build customer value cases that clearly quantify the commercial impact of GP's solutions and support sales conversations.
- Partner with Product and Sales teams to improve opportunity identification, prioritisation and conversion.
Influence strategic decision-making
- Produce senior level reporting and performance analyses to support leadership decisions.
- Build revenue forecasts and business cases across Global Payment's Enterprise Product portfolio.
- Assess market dynamics, commercial performance and investment opportunities to guide strategic planning.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders, helping shape future product and growth initiatives.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear commercial recommendations
- Experience working with large datasets using tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau and Power BI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior audiences
- Commercial curiosity and a passion for using data to drive business growth
