Senior Application Developer, Full Stack

Responsibilities

Responsible for the broader process of developing and deploying enhancements and new applications used in local, networked, cloud-based or internet-related computer programs. Use technical expertise in programming languages, tools, and delivery models, in conjunction with their methodology expertise to collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions. Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including project teams, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure the development process is running smoothly. Play a vital role in ensuring the organization’s software applications are effective, efficient, and provide a seamless experience for the end-users. Analyze system requirements and translate them into software programming specifications. Develop, code, integrate, test, and debug software applications using current programming languages. Create documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance of software. Collaborate and communicate closely with various stakeholders such as users, developers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of products and solutions. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and programming languages to ensure the team’s skills and expertise are current.

SALARY: $137,654.00 per year

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study and Five (5) years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Developer, Java Developer or related occupation. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience, employer will accept seven (7) years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Developer, Java Developer or related occupation where required experience was gained.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Also requires experience in the following:

• Five (5) years of experience in building backend applications in Java runtime using Java Spring boot and API integration with upstream and downstream applications
• Three (3) years of experience in building frontend Web application using ReactJS preferably with Micro frontend Architecture
• Three (3) years of experience in developing & integrating web interfaces, APIs with java backend applications
• Experience with cloud platforms, K8/3, Docker
• Experience with error handling and logging, Elastic Search, Splunk, OTEL
• Front-End Development Tools and JavaScript, ReactJS, Java, Oracle/SQL, Rest API, Microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, Open Telemetry, logging, monitoring
• Cloud Technologies & Platforms and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Methodology
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and Systems Integration
• Software Testing & Quality Assurance Methodologies & Tools
• Automated Testing Tools, Containerization, and Version Control Tools
