AIG Multinational is an exciting business area within AIG that designs, implements and services bespoke multinational insurance solutions for our global customers, empowering our clients and broker partners to navigate complex cross-border risks with confidence and consistency. AIG Multinational professionals have the diverse skills and expertise necessary to deliver customized, compliant and seamless solutions that support our clients’ risk management objectives. You can work alongside a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team to explore and deliver new solutions to meet our customers’ global insurance needs.

## How you will create an impact

• The position will be responsible for analyzing the information necessary to issue policies, endorsements, and certificates. Also, to request clients/brokers information to proceed with issuance of documents and comply with local regulations for Anti-Money laundering laws.
• Driving the process to issue/renew policies from a variety of products and clients.
• Developing relationships with brokers assigned and being the link between the external client and internal areas as needed.
• Analyzing and negotiating increase of handling fees based on history of claims, level of support required, etc.
• Helping the team to accomplish the KPIs and ultimately, by taking ownership to take Multinational to the next level.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree is required; preferably in international business or related fields.
• Advanced English language proficiency (participates in meetings with other countries), including speaking, reading, and writing. Fluency in English at a Business level is required.
• Previous work experience in Insurance or Financial Services in a client & broker facing role highly desired.
• Experience communicating directly with external parties, including large and/or multinational corporations.
• Demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability.
• Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative approach & ability to adapt to a changing environment.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines / SLAs.
• Commercial acumen with negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and customer service skills.
• Computer literacy required: IT packages, MS Outlook, Excel, Word.
