NCE PG Stock & Asset Coordinator

Air Liquide Romania has been present in the domestic market since 1999, and is a nationally recognized gas producer and supplier of technologies, services and gases for the food and beverage industry, large industries, the automotive industry, healthcare and the environment. Air Liquide Romania has a team of nearly 80 employees serving industrial customers.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Drive total cylinder and mobile asset efficiency, inventory accuracy, physical site reconciliation, and rotation while strictly decoupling logistics and transport execution.

1. Stock & Asset Lifecycle Governance

Manage target stock levels, POs for new cylinders, conversion/gas service changes, dead stock scrapping, and investment settlements.

1. Field Operations & Physical Audits

Lead physical inventory audits at plants, hubs, and distributor sites. Investigate damaged/sleeping assets directly in the field.

1. System & GTS Tracking Excellence

Manage barcode scanning system (GTS/Gideons), SAP/Oracle data input accuracy, masterdata updates, and user-friendly digital tools.

1. Retesting & Component Management

Plan cylinder retesting demand, manage retesting POs, and oversee component inventory (valves, guards, dip tubes, labels).

1. Internal & External Sourcing

Issue sourcing orders for full cylinders (SG, Propane, external fillings) and manage stock re-allocation across country & hubs.

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as central asset focal point for Production, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance. Collect sales loop & customer data.

nb: Explicit Scope Exclusion (Logistics): Transport execution, dispatcher management, routing, carrier contract management, and emergency transport are strictly EXCLUDED.
