• Chef/cook certification from a recognized community college, preferably Red Seal (or registered)
• Understanding and empathy for the needs of seniors
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Team member
• Good attendance
• Must be able to meet the physical demand of the job
• Must be able to meet responsibility of the job
