Maintenance Coordinator, CMDI

Job Description:

Job Purpose

To specify, plan and control maintenance work packages on the plants whilst maintaining Safety Health and Environment Standards and cost-effective deployment of resources. Support longer term preparations for major events such as planned overhauls.

Required Duties Or Accountabilities.

1. To specify and plan non-urgent maintenance work to ensure cost effective utilization of resources to assist the Maintenance Engineer in delivering Safety Health Environment and quality Standards within budget constraints.
2. Organize and control resources (labor and materials) to complete maintenance work order via SAP to agreed budgets.
3. Agree, monitor and report key performance indicators for maintenance work in order to assess the effectiveness of maintenance work.
4. Develop and maintain a library of job specifications and plans for routine maintenance activities.
5. Act as an Area Planner/Coordinator during Major Overhauls and unplanned breakdowns when there is a high level of maintenance activity.
6. Prepare Mechanical maintenance or project Status Report every month.

Special Features

The Plants contain highly toxic chemicals. Equipment integrity and excellent control of all maintenance activities is therefore of paramount importance.

Job Requirements. (Knowledge, Skills, Experience, etc.)

-Chemical equipment or relative specialty of national college graduated; Bachelor degree is preferred;

-Know chemical equipment, such as column, drum, heat exchanger, pump, fan, compressor etc, principle and maintenance skills;

-2 years of work experience above, equipment maintenance and management experience, as well as project experience is preferred;

-Mechanical fitters or piping work experience on a chemical plant is priority;

-Be willing to finish work in team work environment;

-Familiar with Windows Office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint;

-Familiar with AutoCAD and SOLIDWORK and SAP system is priority;

-Good at in English speaking, writing, hearing and reading;

-Good interpersonal communication skills;

-Good self-learning capacity is preferred.
