Key Responsibalities:

  1. Support the Data Product Manager in managing the lifecycle of data products, including discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders across Data, and Engineering teams to gather requirements and understand user needs.
  3. Assist in writing user stories, maintaining product backlogs, and prioritizing features based on business value and user impact.
  4. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  5. Conduct user research and data analysis to inform product decisions and measure outcomes.
  6. Help coordinate testing, feedback loops, and continuous improvement activities.
  7. Contribute to product documentation, training materials, and stakeholder communications.
  8. Promote data-driven decision-making and support the adoption of data products across the business.
  9. Identify what data is required to support better operational and planning decisions.
  10. Work with data analysts and engineering SMEs to validate data quality, source systems, assumptions, and business rules.
  11. Have a very good understanding of the data attributes and data products catalogue to support various team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  1. Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Junior Data Product Manager, or related discipline).
  2. Demonstrable experience (e.g., early career role, internship, or placement) in a data, product, or business analysis environment.
  3. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence,
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  5. Analytical mindset with a strong interest in data, systems, and user-centric design.
