Your New Role
The TA Operations Manager is a key member of Warner Bros. Discovery’s Talent Acquisition team, responsible for implementing recruitment processes, harmonising tools and technologies, and embedding best practices for candidate experience across Latin America. The Manager will ensure their direct reports deliver operational excellence for the LATAM Talent Acquisition team and provide candidates with a best-in-class recruiting experience.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Managing and leading a team of direct reports (TA Ops Analysts), supporting with development and being an escalation point for recruiters, internal partners or external candidates.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize recruiting systems, programs, and training across LATAM, ensuring compliance with local legislation, alignment with regional market dynamics, and support for scalable hiring initiatives.
- With the support of Talent Acquisition leadership, develop and execute comprehensive project plans for Warner Bros. Discovery enterprise-wide systems, process and policy implementations.
- Drive collaboration with appropriate stakeholders (TA, Centers of Excellence, Global Sourcing, etc.) to accomplish company and team priorities.
- Supporting project coordination – arranging and attending meetings with both internal departments & external vendors; completing project tasks as required; providing feedback regular updates.
- Running training for New Joiners (both recruiters & wider TA / TA Operations team) on systems and processes.
- Ensure service level agreements are being met across the team.
- Develop and lead a regional focused strategy to support the life-cycle of the candidate experience while considering enterprise priorities including high volume project hiring.
Qualifications & Experience
- Significant experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, Talent Transformation, or related functions within multinational organizations.
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams across on-site, remote, and hybrid environments.
- Strong understanding of LATAM labor markets, recruiting practices, and employment regulations.
- Experience leading regional or global initiatives involving process improvement, systems implementation, transformation, and change management.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting technologies, ATS platforms, reporting tools, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple organizational levels in a matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive operational excellence and business outcomes.
- Proven track record of optimizing processes, driving continuous improvement, and scaling operations in fast-paced environments.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to align talent and operational strategies to business priorities.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
