Your mission is to engineer a seamless, scalable, and reliable platform that empowers engineering teams to deliver software faster and with higher quality. In this role, you will be a key technical contributor dedicated to evolving our cloud-native infrastructure. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and build robust cloud-native infrastructure, focusing on automation, scalability, and high availability for our core systems.
- Operate and maintain a wide range of infrastructure components, including Linux and Kubernetes-based systems, using automated processes and pipelines.
- Drive the creation of self-service capabilities, ensuring that the infrastructure layers we build empower engineering teams across the company to be autonomous.
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of large-scale distributed systems, guaranteeing the platform is robust enough for high-traffic events.
- Contribute to technical strategy and roadmaps, ensuring the platform's evolution aligns with global company goals and delivers consistent value.
- Act as a key technical partner for Principals, Engineering Leads, and developers, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions to accelerate global productivity.
- Identify opportunities to optimize cost efficiency and reliability through automated processes and modern infrastructure patterns.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to other engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, psychological safety, and continuous learning.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining complex platform infrastructure and distributed systems.
- You possess a strong technical background in multi-cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, GCP), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and modern CI/CD patterns (ArgoCD, Jenkins, etc), allowing you to make and guide complex technical decisions.
- You understand the software development lifecycle deeply and have hands-on experience with development languages (e.g., Python or Golang) to effectively build tools for other developers.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a relentless focus on continuous system improvement and automation.
- You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence technical stakeholders across the organization.
- You prioritize security and compliance as core pillars of a reliable platform.
