The Senior B2B Digital Marketing Specialist will help grow ASUS Commercial business in the United States by planning, executing, and optimizing integrated B2B digital marketing programs. This role focuses on paid media, owned media, and digital demand generation initiatives for ASUS commercial products and solutions. The specialist will support awareness, consideration, lead generation, and conversion efforts while helping drive traffic and engagement across ASUS-owned properties, ASUS eShop, and partner channels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel B2B digital marketing campaigns across paid media channels including Google, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic display, video, and other business-focused platforms.
  • Develop audience, channel, and full-funnel marketing strategies that drive awareness, consideration, lead generation, account engagement, remarketing, and eCommerce conversions while aligning campaign goals with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize owned digital touchpoints, including commercial websites, campaign landing pages, content publishing, conversion paths, and SEO recommendations to improve user experience and performance.
  • Drive qualified traffic, lead generation, and conversions through demand generation programs such as content promotion, webinars, landing pages, forms, and other digital lead-generation initiatives.
  • Support account-based marketing (ABM) in partnership with commercial marketing, sales, agencies, and external vendors through audience targeting, personalized content, media activation, and reporting.
  • Support B2B trade-media and channel marketing programs, and trade media programs through audience targeting, content syndication, sponsorships, personalized campaigns, and lead-generation activities.
  • Develop campaign briefs and traffic creative assets; confirm brand, legal, co-marketing, and partner-funding requirements are addressed before launch.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, eCommerce, creative, web, analytics, agencies, and external vendors to develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage campaign performance and measurement by tracking parameters, pixels, tags, conversion events, and reporting dashboards; oversee budgets, pacing, ROI, lead quality, and optimization initiatives based on performance insights.
  • Coordinate vendors and marketing partners while staying current on industry trends, including media, privacy, measurement, and digital marketing best practices.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of B2B buyer journeys, digital demand-generation principles, paid media execution, owned-media optimization, and lead-generation tactics.
  • Hands-on ability to execute and optimize campaigns across major search, social, programmatic, and commerce or retail-media platforms.
  • Ability to connect campaign strategy, audience, offer, creative, landing experience, and measurement into a cohesive plan.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence in translating performance data into clear recommendations and next actions.
  • Understanding of website conversion optimization, SEO fundamentals, tagging, attribution concepts, and campaign reporting.
  • Excellent project management, prioritization, attention to detail, and budget management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to brief agencies and present results to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Collaborative, accountable, curious, and comfortable working independently as an individual contributor.
  • Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required Qualifications:

Years of Education & Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, analytics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing, B2B demand generation, media planning, paid media, or agency experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns, vendors, budgets, and stakeholders while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting B2B technology, commercial PC, IT solutions, channel, and SMB marketing.
  • Experience supporting B2B digital marketing programs including paid search, LinkedIn advertising, programmatic media, content syndication, industry trade-media programs, demand-generation campaigns, and account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Experience driving to eCommerce destinations, retailer product pages, or retail-media networks.
  • Familiarity with web analytics, tag management, CRM and marketing-automation workflows, ABM or intent platforms, and dashboarding tools.

Working Conditions:

  • Office Only: Typically works in an office environment.
  • Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of time.

$90,000 - $115,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
