职位描述

Key Responsibilities

On‑site Quality Control:

Monitor and inspect crane erection works (structural, mechanical, and electrical) to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes

Non‑conformance Management:

Identify, document, and lead the resolution of quality issues arising during erection. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence

Continuous Improvement:

Proactively propose and drive improvements in erection processes, workmanship, and inspection methods to enhance overall quality performance

FAT Support & Tracking:

Participate in Crane Erection FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) to site assembly work and received components meeting the requirements

Support Functional FAT: Tracking all test findings, logging non‑conformities, and following up on their closure with relevant stakeholders

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain thorough quality records, including inspection reports, NCR logs, and punch‑list items. Provide regular status updates to the project management team

Coordination:

Work closely with site managers, commissioning engineers, and client representatives to align quality requirements

Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards

职位要求

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent

Experience

Minimum 1 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in heavy equipment erection, crane manufacturing, or large‑scale steel structure projects. Experience with RTG/ASC is a strong plus

Knowledge and Skills

Familiarity with welding, bolting, surface treatment, electrical assembly work

Knowledge of quality tools (8D, 5Why, Fishbone, etc.) and ISO 9001 standards

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

Strong problem‑solving ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to coordinate across multiple teams

CET‑4 (College English Test Band 4) or equivalent level

A valid driver’s license is required for on‑site mobility and transportation between work areas

Personal Attributes

Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, capable of providing technical guidance and support to subcontractors and conducting professional discussions with third party inspection and customers

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Meticulous attention to detail with excellent document review and compilation skills

Willingness to travel as required
