What You Will Deliver

Geological Analysis and Modelling

• Conducts geological mapping, sampling, logging, and data interpretation.
• Develops and reviews geological models, resource reports, and technical assessments.
• Identifies geological uncertainties and recommends mitigation actions.

Exploration and Operational Support

• Plans and monitors drilling programs and exploration campaigns.
• Evaluates exploration targets and recommends future opportunities.
• Provides geological advice to planning, engineering, and operational teams.

Standards and Improvement

• Maintains geological data, documentation, and reporting standards.
• Monitors geological risks and applies HSE and regulatory requirements.
• Improves geological practices and mentors junior personnel.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree or relevant professional membership is preferred.

Experience

• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in mining, exploration, or resource geology.
• Experience in geological modelling, resource estimation, drilling, and technical reporting.
