Assistant Manager, Financial and Management Reporting

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end closing, reconciliations and financial reporting on a timely basis
• Prepare audit schedules and perform financial analysis as required
• Coordinate with the internal and external parties to handle day-to-day duties
• Assist in year end audit enquiries for responsible entities
• Provide support for daily financial functions within the team
• Provide accounting and financial reporting assistance with new business initiatives
• Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
• 5 years of work experience in finance and/or accounting. Experience with Big 4 audit firms is considered a plus
• Qualified Accountant with professional qualifications such as HKICPA or equivalent is advantageous
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
• Good time management skills and the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Interests in leveraging AI for automation is a plus
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Finance Associate
