SSP Canada operates several restaurants throughout Ottawa International Airport include: Starbucks, Cork & Well, Darcy McGees, Cafe En Vin, Jetbox, Tim Horton's, Bridgehead Coffee, Big Rig Brewing, and Urban Crave.

The Senior Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager has responsibilities for all areas and aspects of multi-unit restaurant operations within an airport. Managerial tasks to include, but not limited to, training and retaining an excellent staff, delivering outstanding hospitality, food cost and labor cost, shared P&L responsibility, running shifts, maintaining sanitation, safety and cleanliness, and adhere to all company policies and procedures. The team of Restaurant General Managers reports directly to this position. This position reports to on-site Director of Operations.

## Skills and Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of Progressive Restaurant Management Experience
  • Culinary Management preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year Multi-unit Restaurant Management with General Manager direct reports required
  • Minimum of 3 years full-service restaurant with bar General Manager level experience required
  • P&L expert level with ability to teach and coach General Managers
  • Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook required
