What You’ll Do

• Perform air duct cleaning services using Negative Air Pressure Machines
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the 5 Star Air brand professionally
• Use our CRM platform to manage appointments, updates, and service notes
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams
• Collaborate with our Support, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of professional Air Duct Cleaning experience (ADC)
• Hands-on experience operating Negative Air Pressure Machines (required)
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and your own tools
• Ability to work independently and provide high-quality service
• Comfortable using CRM systems or willing to learn
• A professional, customer-focused attitude
