DESCRIPTION: Join our HR Shared Services team, where you'll contribute to delivering HR support across the employee lifecycle. As an HR Analyst I, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support while ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence. Working with HR technologies and systems, you'll handle employee inquiries, maintain accurate records, and contribute to process improvements that enhance the colleague experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree required, no prior experience required in HR administration, shared services, or customer service
- Preferred Fields of Study: HR, Business Administration or related field
- Relevant professional HR certifications advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, ServiceNow) and case management systems preferred
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Basic knowledge of HR practices, policies and employment regulations
- Professional fluency in English required
- Additional language skills advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and process improvement mindset
- Experience in benefits administration, time & attendance systems a plus
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results
- Professional demeanor and adaptability
