About the role
Entry-level Mechanical Engineering professional who supports product and mechanical design activities, conducts engineering analysis, and develops and analyzes technical data.
Key responsibilities
As an Associate Mechanical Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting mechanical engineering activities related to product design, development, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collecting and analyzing engineering data, identifying findings and providing recommendations as appropriate.
- Executing engineering processes using established procedures and standard work, including testing, verification, and qualification activities.
- Supporting product cost reduction, quality improvement, manufacturability, and reliability initiatives.
- Identifying potential technical, schedule, or cost risks within assigned projects and contributes to implementing effective solutions.
Requirements
- Requires theoretical knowledge obtained through a University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Limited knowledge of Carrier products, manufacturing processes, and organization.
- University Degree or equivalent.
- Less than 2 years of relevant engineering experience.
