Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer / Associate Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-stack development, a strong background in Optimizely CMS (or similar platforms), and expertise in cloud-based solutions on Azure and/or AWS. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive digital application development, implement best practices, and provide technical mentorship to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and validate functional and non-functional business requirements in an agile environment.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of digital applications.
  • Develop full-stack applications using Optimizely CMS, .NET Core, and AWS-native capabilities.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance in alignment with agreed SLAs.
  • Apply best practice development techniques to optimize and enhance solutions.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members.
