How is your day to day in this position?

• Establish and maintain close communication with research sites, overseeing site vendor certification and ensuring timely follow-up with key members of the global study team.
• Remotely verify, together with the sites, the availability and status of critical resources —equipment calibration and laboratory kits— to ensure operational readiness from study start-up and throughout patient enrollment.
• Provide individualized support to sites across Eli Lilly's processes, guiding them in the use of available tools and clarifying requirements, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Research Leads (CRLs) on day-to-day operational management, including data analysis and visualization to support decision-making.
• Work cross-functionally with other areas, proactively identifying operational risks and proposing strategic solutions to strengthen and optimize processes.

This position is for you if:

• Your graduation date is after October 2027.
• You have advanced English.
• You are pursuing a degree in a science-related field.
• You are available to work mornings (desirable).
