OOH Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage e-commerce distributors (Tmall, JD.com and other platforms) operations and day-to-day management to achieve sales targets
2. Develop marketing strategies aligned with business objectives; execute annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans
3. Update promotional strategies and execute marketing campaigns in line with the annual market promotion calendar
4. Collect market and industry intelligence; proactively propose marketing improvement measures to ensure competitive marketing strategies
5. Responsible for training and coaching distributor operations staff, optimizing business processes, improving work efficiency, and ensuring business targets are met
6. Regularly visit key e-commerce platform business contacts to ensure the company's business operates effectively across all e-commerce platforms

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years of e-commerce sales experience in the wound care/dressings industry
• Strong interpersonal, communication and coordination skills, with extensive business negotiation experience
• Innovative sales thinking with the ability to explore and implement new channel business models
• Highly responsible, meticulous, with strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
