Description -
Job Summary This role is responsible for providing direct leadership to a team of senior-level exempt individual contributors and managers focusing on service supply chain planning to support the growth of service revenues. The role collaborates with executive leadership to refine service supply chain strategic goals in alignment with the company's mission, and monitors progress towards these goals. The role oversees the planning of service parts to deliver availability of parts in various stocking locations while managing inventory to targets. In addition, the role will support strategic transformation projects to build new capabilities and expand digital backbone of the service supply chain.

Responsibilities
- Provides direct and ongoing leadership to a team of senior-level exempt individual contributors and managers to plan and manager the service parts for a region/ business unit.
- Defines and drives vision, strategy, and processes for key strategic initiatives to help the company expand into new markets, business lines, and opportunities.
- Collaborates with the executive leadership to refine the organization's service supply chain strategic goals and objectives, and leads the development and implementation of plans that align with the company's mission and vision.
- Monitors and evaluates progress toward strategic goals, and communicates the updates to the senior leadership and executives.
- Works cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, manufacturing, quality control, rand customer support to deliver spare parts at the required service levels while achieving inventory and cost targets
- Manages strategic supply chain models which translate physical and financial flows into business processes, implementing product and services supply chains into the company's business systems.
- Manages recurring analysis of service demand to support the long-term strategic & financial planning process.
- Identifies potential business growth opportunities related to supply chain and operations, and develops business cases and financial models to support investment decisions in new markets, technologies, or partnerships.
- Responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; ensures that the proper tools are in place to support the team and the processes.
Education & Experience Recommended
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Supply Chain planning experience highly desired and service supply chain experience is a strong plus.
- Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
