Title : Analyst – Operations Planning (BMCF) Contract
Job Description:
Support the planning, governance, and performance monitoring of banking operations to maintain operational stability, strengthen internal controls, and enhance operational efficiency. The role is responsible for supporting key initiatives and projects driven by Head Office, regulatory authorities (OJK and Bank Indonesia), and internal stakeholders, while ensuring timely implementation and effective coordination across departments.

Key Responsibility:
- ## Coordinate and support implementation of operational and system related projects, regulatory requirements, and Head Office initiatives related to banking operations.
- ## Collaborate with various departments to identify issues, assess impacts, and develop practical solutions to support operational objectives and business.
- ## Monitor and analyze operational performance, operations risk indicators (KRI), and key initiatives to support improve efficiency, operational risk management and decision-making.
- ## Assist in the preparation of management reports, presentations, and operational performance analysis.
- ## Facilitate communication and coordination among internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
- ## Participate in cross-functional initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within Operations.

Requirements:
- ## Desirable to have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Banking Operations, Operations Planning, Business Support, Risk Management, or related functions.
- ## Knowledge of banking operational products and processes would be an advantage.
- ## Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Excellent command in English, both written and verbal.
- ## Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- ## Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines. Open-minded, proactive, and willing to learn.
- ## Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- ## Experience in project coordination, organizational activities, or exposure to regional/global environments would be an advantage.
